Our Story

         Established in 1986 as a small-scale meat dealership business in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Rublou Incorporated has now become the largest and fastest meat growing producer and distributor in the province of Rizal.
Rublou slaughterhouses strictly follow all the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices implemented by the National Meat Inspection Services to ensure its commitment to safe, fresh amd wholesome meat every day.
          In fact, Rublou Abattoir consistently receives the Cleanest Abattoir Award conducted by the National Meat Inspection Service since the search started in 1994. The abattoir also remains Best in its Category – Double “AA” Abattoir, maintaining the highest of standards.
          Living up to its brand name and motto: Fresh is Best, Rublou Incorporated presently engages in wholesale and retail distribution of fresh produced pork cuts in several areas in Metro Manila and Rizal province.
          In addition to its leadership in fresh meat industry, the company has also ventured in providing business opportunities to small and medium-scale businesses through the commercial property leasing arm of the company, Rublou Business Center and Rublou Market Place.
          Furthermore, with consumer demands to extend from distribution of meat to other commodities, the company has recently set foot into wholesale and retail merchandising of goods with the establishment of Rublou Supermarket.
          With its aim to provide quality service and quality products, Rublou Incorporated makes it possible to satisfy even the most demanding clients.

          To manage a growing company like Rublou Incorporated involves not just determination and hard work, but also a strong partnership from husband and wife proprietors, then PC Captain Louie and wife Ruby.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer and President LUIZO C. TICMAN, a recently retired General from Philippine Military Academy Magilas Class of 1976, had shown business acumen at a tender age of 12. He would cook and sell banana-cue, a skewered fried banana with brown sugar coating, and other food snacks in Muntinlupa City where he was born and raised by his parents.
          But his entrepreneurship was temporarily set aside when Louie entered the Philippine Military Academy. He graduated Top 6 of his class, and his excellence in academics and extra-curricular activities earned him the Zobel Award. The award granted him a scholarship in Masters in Business Management in the Asian Institute of Management, which he later on put in to use in establishing his own business, now known as Rublou Incorporated.
          While fulfilling his job as a policeman, Louie, together with the support of his wife Ruby A. Ticman, built their growing business in 1986, named after their first names adjoined “Rub” and “Lou” with a logo bearing their initials – “RL”, a sign that evidently symbolizes the strong partnership of spouses Ticman.
          In 2009, the strong partnership transformed into a powerful teamwork with the involvement of their two children, their eldest child and only son Lemuelle Luis A. Ticman and their second child, Marie Loise A. Ticman. Both have acquired particular projects and contributed significantly to the company’s growth.
          Nonetheless, it is the continuing patronage of the customers coming from Pasig City, Marikina City, Taguig, Pateros, Muntinlupa City, Quezon City, Cainta, Antipolo City, and the Province of Rizal, that made Rublou Incorporated rise above its humble beginnings to grow to what it is today.
